DMV Moves is an unprecedented partnership between WMATA and the Washington Council of Governments to develop a unified vision and sustainable funding model for transit in the DC Area.  MetroRail, MetroBus, VRE, MARC, and other area transit providers are facing serious funding obstacles that make it clear there is a need for new ideas, a new vision, and a new way forward on funding this critical need in the DC area.  Take the DMV Moves survey and help our leaders understand why you do and don't take transit, and your initial feelings on various funding strategies.  It is critically important that we make it clear that this region cannot flourish without buses and trains!
