Safety & Sustainable Mobility Improvements for Langston Boulevard: Lexington to Quincy
Level of Effort: Yet Another Virtual Meeting
Date and Time: Wed 6/4 7pm-9pm

The Langston Boulevard Area Plan calls for transforming the "predominantly car-oriented, strip commercial and residential, 4.5-mile-long corridor into a green, mixed-use main street that provides safe and multimodal access" through a number of important transportation improvements such as protected bike lanes.  As part of moving forward on implementation, the County is kicking off an intersection study for Areas 2 and 3 (roughly Lexington to Quincy) to turn the plan recommendations into actual designed improvements that can be implemented as Capital Projects or through redevelopment.

Learn more about the study & how we can make sure Langston's transformation continues to move forward at an upcoming virtual meeting.
