This grocery store suffers from a lot of the same issues as the Harris Teeter across the street.  It's well-served by transit, but otherwise has a long way to go to be friendly to people arriving some way other than by car.

The sidewalks on Harrison Street are bad - they are frequently narrowed by utility poles and have no buffer between the sidewalk and the street. The front door of the store is completely cut-off from the sidewalk - you have to cross a driving lane that serves little purpose, and there's no crosswalk or ramps.

There's one county-installed staple rack in the Harrison Street sidewalk, but it's uncomfortably-close to the street and narrows the already narrow sidewalk. The day I visited for this review, there were tons of Capital Bikeshare e-Bikes parked at the store.  There is clearly demand for a bikeshare station (but there isn't one). There are bike lanes on Harrison Street but they aren't continuous. They're better than nothing, but I wouldn't call them low-stress.

Both the ART 55 and the ART 51 run 7 days a week and the 55 runs every 15 minutes or less from 5am to 7:30pm on weekdays, after that it drops down to every 30 minutes. None of the adjacent bus stops have a shelter and only one of them has a bench.
