Arlington is updating its plan for parks and other public spaces, and there are some real opportunities to improve the plan for trails! If you've ever wished that more Arlington trails were safely lit, or that more trail connections were being made in the County, this is a perfect opportunity to reach those decision makers.

So speak up today for prioritizing walking, biking and transit access to parks, improving trail connectivity, acquiring land needed to improve trail connections, and adding lighting to more trails!

- The two houses between S Wayne and S Vietch that could connect the 9th Street Bike Boulevard through to S Courthouse Road.
- At least a portion of the parcel between Route 1 and S Eads should be acquired to expand the connection for walking & biking between Fort Scott Dr and 27th St S. to a usable width.
